Without a doubt, the 1980s is an iconic decade. It brought us oodles of power anthems, Andrew Lloyd Webber musicals and MTV. The interior design trends of the era were just as memorable. Things were a little frilly, a lot colorful, endlessly shiny and confident… very confident. In a nutshell, it was a decade that roared.
That boisterous attitude is ever present in the Netflix hit Glow. Set in 1985, the dramady follows Alison Brie as she navigates the female wrestling circuit. And audiences are loving it. So much so, Netflix is serving up a second season this Friday, June 29th. To celebrate, we’ve created a fantasy hotel with a look inspired by the show.
