10 Green Storefronts That Will Stop You In Your Tracks

As a shop owner, I actively seek out storefronts and restaurants when I travel. I love to see what each city or town that I visit has to offer. With each retail location, I’m drawn to the design, the way the shelves are merchandized, the brand itself or all of the above. I often dream about going on different trips just to photograph storefronts. I’ve gone out of my way in New Orleans, Nashville, Vancouver, New York City, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, just to get one image of a building. Even as a child on my first trip to New York City when I was nine, I took pictures of sandwich shops in Mid-town and retail shops in the West Village.

I don’t know what it is about the color green, but I am fully drawn to it over any other color. The logo for my own shop is mint green and I don’t see myself changing it anytime soon. With my love of storefront design and the color green, it only seemed fitting to show you 10 green storefronts that I wish I could visit right now. So while we can’t all travel, I wanted to bring the walking tour to you. Enjoy! —Erin
