Before we head out for the weekend, I wanted to share an image I’ve been obsessing over for months now: a custom mural that artist Shantell Martin did for a private home in upstate New York, as seen in Elle Decor. I always have a soft spot for black and white interiors like this, but seeing Shantell’s work in this setting is a dream come true for me. Whenever I indulge myself in “pie in the sky” design elements at home, it always comes back to custom work created by some of my favorite artists. Shantell’s work has such a bold and beautiful style and it’s so fun to see it juxtaposed against more traditional interior fittings like these. If you want to bring a little bit of Shantell’s work home, you can pick up her pins and shirts online right here. Until Monday, have a great weekend and check out some of our favorite reads and finds from around the web below! xo, Grace
