I love this pattern for its nostalgic pairing of red and turquoise, which will always be one of my favorite color combinations. Add in some toadstools and gingko leaves and I’m floating in my Grandmother’s backyard in 1978, listening to The Merv Griffin Show on her black and white kitchen TV through the screen door. Penelope has a knack for eliciting collective childhood memories and bringing you right back to wonderful moments with family and childhood friends. I hope you’ve enjoyed this week of beautiful wallpapers and that they’re bringing something special to your day. Thanks so much to Penelope Dullaghan for sharing her talent with us and for bringing beauty into our world. –Caitlin
