I still cannot believe how quickly this fall has come and that holiday season is already upon us! I am so excited about the new 1991 Zine ($22), an indie zine from Minneapolis celebrating contemporary Somali culture and artists. 

I could not be happier for Glory Edim. Her book, Well Read Black Girl (Finding Our Stories, Discovering Ourselves), is now out on shelves and it was a well-deserved smash success from day one.
